Thomas D. Riordan has filed an opposition to a proposed partial distribution of the estate of Frank M. Bee. Riordan is a creditor of the estate. He alleges that the time for presenting claims will not expire until next May. The estate, he says, is indebted and not now in condiiton to be distributed.
